Our goal is to put our manifesting and emotional-energy practice on autopilot!
I know…sometimes we want to dig in and make Big Stuff happen, and all our attention is focused on what we’re creating, solving, healing or manifesting.
But other times? We need that “easy workout”…that “go-to” practice that keeps us fit while all the other stuff in life is absorbing our attention.

Each day for 7 days, you’ll be asked to set aside 10-15 minutes for deep inner work. That’s it! You’ll rotate through seven core topics:

- Day 4: Fully Supported
- Day 5: Loved and Loving
- Day 6: Healthy & Fit
- Day 7: Wealthy & Supported
There’s a good chance that several of these will become favorites for all those mornings when you only have a tiny bit of time to spare.
But, the results are a fine tune up to every part of your mind, emotion, and energy.
